Unified Neuromorphic Datasets Repository (UNDR) is a package manager for datasets.

init: public API Other pages: semi-private API (should not be needed by most users).

Add new compression format: edit undr_schema.json and modify python/source/decode.py. Add new file format: edit undr_schema.json and modifiy python/source/formats.py and python/source/raw.py.
